    Hello Zaniac Greenwich,

Thanks for posting! Yes our app is currently free for all users with an Office 365 edu account. Let us know if you have any questions: https://minecrafteducation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040435032-Minecraft-Education-Edition-for-Remote-Learning

And how are homeschooling families supposed to take advantage of this if we do if we don't have an Office 365 Education account? And this link shows that homeschooling option is a pilot program and is currently full? https://products.office.com/en-us/academic/office-365-education-home-school

Just because we home school doesn't mean that we normally stay home all day every day this COVID19 shut down also reduces our ability to meet and learn, visit local museums, zoos, gardens ect.

I would love to be able to take advantage of Minecraft Education Edition during this time but it seams that after two years of piloting the home school program Microsoft still provides  no opportunity to pay for a license by homeschooling families.

Kyle M - is there any option available for "home schooling" during the Global lockdown?

An Office Education account is not an option apparently - unless Microsoft are going to do the decent thing and help the world out....
